Energy Considerations Across Ayrshire

Coastal Properties

Homes near the Ayrshire coast can face stronger winds and salt-laden air. An installer should consider the property's location, roof condition and the suitability of the proposed equipment before recommending a system.

Traditional and Stone-Built Homes

Ayrshire has many traditional, sandstone and older properties. The building construction, available space, insulation and existing heating system all need to be considered before deciding what will work well.

Terraced and Smaller Properties

For terraced homes and properties with limited outdoor or roof space, system positioning can be particularly important. A property assessment helps establish which options are practical.
